Good morning, First Flora FAMILY!

First of all, let me tell you how much I love y'all & am praying for you on a regular basis. God has some GREAT things in store for this Church FAMILY!

Along the way, there will always be challenges. Right now, the whole world is facing the challenge of the coronavirus. As concerns grow, let me take just a moment to inform & encourage you:

#1 - Your church staff & leadership is already meeting, discussing, & regularly communicating w/ each other other about this situation. We will continue to do so as conditions change & unfold.

#2 - Let's all use wisdom & common sense when we gather together: As we should always do, wash your hands vigorously & regularly. As long as hand sanitizer is still available, we will provide it for you. But soap & hot water is always available.

#3 - We Southern folks love to shake hands & hug necks! For the present time & out of concern & love for one another, let's practice a lot more fist bumping when we greet each another (that's going to be tough for me b/c I'm a "hugger"!).

#4 - All of our facilities are being cleaned, using high-quality disinfectants in order to provide a clean, safe environment for all of our members & guests.

#5 - Should we need to make any changes in scheduling of services, meetings, & activities, we will let you know as soon as possible.

#6 - Finally, keep your eyes focused on the Lord & on the promises of His Word. We will get through this time together as a FAMILY. And we will do it w/ His help. Dwell on His promises & rest in His strength & peace.

I love y'all & am so honored to be your Pastor! Please let me know if there is any specific way I can be praying for you & any way that our staff can assist you.

In His Grip,

Jon
