Our women’s ministry is a place where women of all ages come together to grow in their faith, encourage one another, and seek God’s extraordinary presence in our everyday lives.
Through Bible studies, prayer, fellowship, and service opportunities, we are committed to deepening our relationship with Christ and supporting each other in our walk with Him. Whether you’re new to faith or have walked with God for years, you’ll find a community of ordinary women pursuing the extraordinary love, grace, and purpose found in Him.
I'm Michelle Jones, and I've been part of the FBC Flora family since 1993, and began leading the Women's Ministry in 2015. My favorite thing about FBC Flora is how it truly feels like home, thanks to the welcoming and caring community here. I'm married to Derek, and we have two wonderful daughters, Abby and Hannah, both married, along with three adorable grand babies: Sawyer, Scarlett, and Emery. I am passionate about teaching God’s word through our Monday night Bible study, teaching LifeGroup for young couples and leading the women’s minsitry, all while balancing a full-time job in the asphalt and construction industry. Cooking and spending quality time with my family and grandkids are my greatest joys!
